Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Jarvis (the "Service"), operated by Develop Network. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

Jarvis lets you and your team create, schedule and publish content to social media accounts you are authorised to manage, including Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and TikTok accounts, and to receive reminders for Snapchat.

2. Accounts and workspaces

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• The workspace owner controls who can access the workspace, their role and which social accounts they can use.
• You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Connected social accounts

• You may only connect accounts that you own or are authorised to manage, and you authorise us to publish content to them on your instructions.
• Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's terms, including the Meta Terms, Instagram Terms of Use and TikTok Terms of Service.
• Platforms may change or limit their APIs; we cannot guarantee that every post will be published, and we are not responsible for actions taken by the platforms.

4. Your content

• You keep all rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit it solely to provide the Service.
• You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to publish it. You must not publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful or that violates platform policies.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including attempting to access other workspaces, interfering with its operation, sending spam, or using it to violate any law or platform policy. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features and will update these terms when needed; continued use means you accept the updated terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or content that was not published or was published late due to platform or network issues.
